Just a brief plug for the puzzle game Tringo.

I originally found this game on an online world, called "Second Life".
The game, in its multiplayer form, is fairly addictive. For
boardgamers out there, think Take it Easy, but with Tetris pieces on a
5 by 5 grid, and trying to form squares and rectangles (2x2, 2x3, 3x2
or 3x3), and score. Well, the game was so popular there that its
creator signed up with Donner Wood, to release the game outside of
Second Life, and this is the first go around.

It is a single player game, but captures the basics of original Tringo.

Anyhow, this is just a brief plug. It is a decent puzzle game to try,
if you need to kill 3-5 minutes or so. I believe my high score on
there is a 285.

Well, that is my one plug for the game. For strategic readers, not
sure what the best newsgroup for a web puzzle game, so I posted here.

People who like it may want to try out my 'Clear It' from

Somewhat similar concept, but a bit more sophisticated strategy-wise.
Of course it's single-player. (Limited score in the free version.)

Tringo really takes off multiplayer (as it is played Second Life). It
is like a turbo charged version of Take it Easy meets Tetris.
