Just a few simple things about my first homebuilt case

Hi, after successfully painting my brother's case, I decided to build a case. I will make it of plexiglas so it will be transparent. The things I don't know are: how to connect each piece of Plexiglas to each other? Screws? What is the thing that looks better? The other problem is about the Q-shield, or as asus calls it, that thing that goes on the back of the mobo. How do you deal with it?
