I have my GTX 1050 2GB on my PCI-express 2.0. What if I install it on my PCI-ex 3.0 will that change anything if I do it

No, it wont change anything. PCIe 3.0 has twice the bandwidth of PCIe 2.0, but the 1050 does not need all of the bandwidth provided on PCIe 3.0.
