Just a quick question about AMD8320

Hello well like I said I have quick question about the FX 8320.

Is it true the 8320 is not fully compatible to windows 7 and will cause crashing? Some one I know told me this I just want to clarify because I am using windows 8 but some games are not working properly so I am thinking of downgrading.
