Students for $69.99, get the Full Windows 8.1 Pro. Not just Windows 8.0 Pro or Windows 8.1 upgrade package. You can install the Windows 8.1 Pro on new PC as a complete fresh install. If you already have Window 8.0 Pro, upgrade to Windows 8.1 Pro for free.

How is Windows 10? heard it was kinda buggy?

It should be great. Any bugs you hear about now are because it's a beta build. The finished one should be fine. So far it seems to be the next version of 98SE, XP, Win7, etc. You know, all the good editions of windows. It's good enough I will be upgrading off of Win7. Though I admit that's mostly just to get DX12.

just wondering about the student one, if i bought it for the 69$ is that just an upgrade for the normal windows 8 or is it an actual OS that i install when i first setup my PC?
