Discussion Just a rundown of my current setup. Yes, I know about the 60 Hz monitor thing, I’m upgrading to a 240 Hz soon.

So I have a 5ish year old Acer Predator G3-710 and I thought it was worth mentioning some of the specs and whatnot as well as my setup (monitor upgrading soon, so I’ll put that one instead of my current one) The cost at the time of purchase was $1300

Prebuilt specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700 (air cooled apparently)

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB

MOBO: idk but it’s a B150

Storage: 2TB HDD and 256 GB SATA/6 SSD

Memory: 16GB DDR4-SDRAM

PSU: it’s a 500W I think

(This is a prebuilt so idk much abt it)

Setup: (very basic, don’t judge)

Keyboard: HAVIT KB389L -$50 with a separate mouse
Mouse: Razer Deathadder Elite - $25 on sale
Headset: Razer Kraken Ultimate - $120
Monitor (upgrade): Alienware 2521HFL (I think) - $348 I believe
