Hello

Will buy mb soon. Deciding between socket 1155 or 2011. If socket 1155 I am looking at P67 or Z68.

I read that Z68 has better sata controllers(marvel vs what the z68 has). Will I notice this in everday usage?

Also I will use computer for games, graphic design, 3d animation design, 2D animation.
Will the Core i5, or i7s 1155 be fine or will the 2011 (socket 79?) be better?

I will be beable to buy the parts to build my computer faster if I go with P67 mb.

Which will be best for me and not cost too much?

Will there be a big difference in performance between them?

If u can afford it, get the 6 core x79 as it is the best out there.

If that is expensive, get the z68 and the 2600K, because the Ivy Bridge will be available in June.

I would ask for the budget money : ) How much do u have?

For video Z68 is the way.

Depends entirely on your budget and other components. Clearly on X79, the 6-cores will render faster, offers 64GB of RAM, and up to 4 PCIe 3.0 (x8/x8/x8/x8) native.

If waiting until the Ivy Bridge, SB-E 6-cove vs IB 4-core unknown, then also get the newer Panther Point Z77 chipset MOBOs.

If you have a larger budget then the server Xeon SB-E CPUs will be available soon and will offer dual 8-core, or 16-cores/32-threads.

Ok what is the differences between 1155 (Z68), 1156 (x79) Sand bridge E and Ivory Bridge (Z77)?

Starting saving money now. Not sure how much will have to spend. Trying to keep it low as possible with having what I want.
