Just another rate my (possible) build

Just another lame little thread. I haven't bought any parts yet, so feel free to criticize, give advice, etc.

I would be using this for medium-ish gaming (1 monitor, most intensive thing I play will probably be ARMA II or Planetside 2.) I will use this for other more mundane uses but it's mainly for gaming. I might do light overclocking, probably only in the 3.8-4.2 Ghz range. Here we go...

CPU: Intel i5 3570k

MoBo- ASRock Z75 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z75

PSU: COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS-550-PCAR-E3 550W ATX12V V2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Power Supply

That's about it, folks. I've honed it down for quite a while, but my technical experience is rather poor compared to some of the tech gods around here. I am not planning on getting an after market CPU cooler, because i don't really want to overclock like crazy. If this is a bad idea for planning to reach 3.8 Ghz on a 3570k, please do tell. If it is, i probably won't overclock. My current budget is about $1050.

Remember that the 3570k has boost to 3.8, so you really wouldn't be ocing. Also get the 7870 instead of the 660.

I wouldnt bother with the 1866 Mhz RAM.
You wont see a performance increase over using a much cheaper 1600MHz kit

That coolermaster power supply is junk . Use only 80+ bronze [ or better] rated units with a feature called Active PFC .

would i need a 550 watt supply? I have a 500 watt picked out (CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply)

550w psu might not be a bad idea.
