Just booted up NUC8i7HNK with USB 3.0 drive attached to install windows. Empty Boot menu

Gives me boot menu

Nothing there

Tried plugging in the drive to the diff USB ports, nothing. Plus, shouldn't my Samsung 970 Evo be showing up?

Despite the app I got supposidly for this, it would not recognize the ISO on the USB since it was put on by an android device
Mom got here for (our) Thanksgiving and I used her laptop since my shit wouldn't work. ALL GOOD! Still finishing up setup, but lookin good.
