Ok so heres the story. My friend has a prime account through amazon. He told me to just use his prime account for free 2 day shipping. So thats what I did. Well he ordered his 7950 about two weeks before this using his amazon account also. Well he just got an email from amd about the game bundle that comes with the card saying its only one per customer? But why wouldn't they give the games with every card no matter how many I buy from them? I used my credit card btw not his. If that helps lol So my question is, should I try to contact amd and ask them whats goin on?

Right. It's tracked through retailer. His account bought it. They don't care or track how it's paid.Amazon wouldn't dare share payment method/credit card account with AMD.

I REALLY can't imagine using someone elses account especially when newegg is mostly free. And it probably violated Amazon primes terms of service too...

easiest thing is to return it. If you can't, you can hope to explain to AMD customer service.
Your friend "bought" it and not you... And it's one per customer. The codes are given through the retailer. Of course they track it. Bottom line, they are right.

Amazon has a great return policy, although not sure when it's your mistake. You could try and send it back and buy your own card.

No, I used my credit card info, and used his account, so I guess you could technically say he bought it, but it came out of my bank account. The only reason I used his prime account was the free 2 day shipping, otherwise I would have just used Newegg.

Just return it and get it from newegg then. Or someone else like tiger direct or anyone who offers the best deal! For that matter, use your own amazon account! The shipping may be a couple of days longer, but so what?

If you are desperate for the card right away, you may have to just eat the loss, and chalk it up to a lesson learned. :(

The email from amazon with all the game keys would have been sent to your friends address being that the product was bought under his account. You would have to download the game client in order to get the games, of course.
