So how should I get started?

::EDIT::
Just checked Device Manager and it says under Other Devices
PCI Device
and 2 USB controllers
that the drivers aren't installed for them and it has a yellow exclamation point sign

I tried installing the drivers but it said that it couldn't find any

I ran DDU before and reinstalled the NVIDIA drivers so I'm not sure why it says that.

Check for a newer BIOS for your motherboard, the drivers you would get from the motherboard vendor support. It sounds like you just did the check for driver option in device manager, that does not often work.

Not sure on the exact issue but they had me send them a diagnostic file and then told me to uninstall/update some bios related programs I had and then remove the gdrv2.sys driver.

I already have the newest BIOS installed for my MB. There is however a beta version going around that isn't readily available on the Gigabyte website.
