Just bought a new Toshiba 3tb p300 and it is not showing up on my pc

I just installed a Toshiba 3tb drive about 20 minutes ago and although the HDD is spinning and receiving power it is not showing up. My OS is windows 10 and the HHD is one I bought form newegg. It is this one https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822149633.

You probably have Initialize the drive.

Open Disk Management.
Does it appear there?

Start with checking that your drive appears in BIOS. After that, follow @USAFret suggestions.
