[SOLVED] Just bought a pc and had it shipped now it doesnt work

I recently bought a pc from a friend and it worked for him and he shipped it up to me and I plugged all the cords back in and went to boot it up and the motherboard beeps once starts to start up and the cpu light blinks ons and shuts the pc off and I just replaced the cpu and am still having this problem any solutions?

Motherboard M5A99FX PRO R2.0
GPU PNY GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM 2x8GB DDR3
PSU EVGA 750 GQ 210-GQ-0750-V1 80+ GOLD 750W Semi Modular

remove everything apart from 1 ram and cpu. (remove means disconnect cable on hdd or take out ram etc)
power it on

Does this include the Graphics card?

Already done so many times and took it to a shop and got the answer of it might be the processor and maybe the motherboard and I just replaced the processor today with the same problem as before

If it worked when your friend had it, it must have a newer bios.I would say again that the mobo is dead or something has loosened inside of the pc. It is hard to determine the issue since it could be any number of things.

Something is either broken or not properly connected.
