Motherboard/CPU/RAM: https://articulo.mercadolibre.com.m...adeon-r7-_JM?quantity=1&variation=35102305870 (I also bought another 4gb ram card to accompany it)

PSU: https://articulo.mercadolibre.com.m...ficad-rf-_JM?quantity=1&variation=22807413985
I have a HDD With installed windows 8.1 on my current pc, so i will use that just as the installation, and this SSD to install games: https://articulo.mercadolibre.com.m...-duro-solido-western-digital-laptop-pc-25-_JM
GPU: https://articulo.mercadolibre.com.mx/MLM-749892696-powercolor-red-dragon-radeon-rx-570-4gb-gddr5-_JM#redirectedFromSimilar=https://articulo.mercadolibre.com.mx/MLM-755531588-powercolor-red-dragon-radeon-rx-570-4gb-gddr5-_JM

Solution
Uninstall the graphics card from the system and connect your display to the motherboard output. When you power up the system, do you see ANYTHING on the display screen?

My monitor only has hdmi connectors so i have a cable that is hdmi on one side and vga in another, tried pluging that to the monitor and gpu and nothing, then i tried with a cable that is hdmi on both sides, monitor to the motherboard and nothing, and i didnt try plugging the hdmi and vga cable to the motherboard because the vga that the motherboard requires is smaller, so i cant plug it.
"What is the model number of your display?" I didnt understand that, what do you mean?

Your monitor. What is the model number of it?

When you connected the motherboard's HDMI output to the monitor's HDMI input. Was the computer shut down?
Also, please confirm that the graphics card has been completely removed from the PC.

i didnt try plugging the hdmi and vga cable to the motherboard because the vga that the motherboard requires is smaller, so i cant plug it.

Then that might not be a VGA output, but an old Serial port. That would be my mistake.

Installing a graphics card into the expansion slot will often disable the on-board graphics.

Now that you have a display on your screen, you can go ahead, download and install the drivers for your system:
BIOSTAR AION-8800 Support Page

On the link above, select what operating system you're using and scroll down below the BIOS.

Download and install the drivers for Chipset, On-board LAN, and On-board Audio. Don't worry about anything else until your system is up and running with these installed.

Once those are installed, then go to AMD's Driver Page and download the drivers for your graphics card (if you're running Windows 8, use the WIndows 7 drivers). Just download them at this point. Once they're downloaded to your computer, shut it down and install the graphics card. Remember to connect the required PCI-E power cables from the power supply to your graphics card and to move the HDMI cable from your motherboard to the HDMI output of your graphics card.

Once that is complete, you should be able to power up your system and see Windows booting on your screen. Once Windows completes booting, you can then install the Graphic card drivers you previously downloaded.

Did you install Windows or just slap in your old hard drive with a pre-existing Windows install as you suggested in your first post? The former is best practice, the latter is most certainly not.
