Question Just bought the ASUS XG279Q but need help waking it up

Hello All,

I have the ASUS ROG Strix XG279Q & whenever I shutdown my desktop, I also turn the monitor off using its dedicated power button. However, if I turn my desktop on & then turn my monitor on, the display doesn't show anything.

But if my monitor is already on before I turn my desktop on then everything works fine & the monitor shows the display just like normal.

Please help. I'm sure it's a setting that I have yet to enable or disable.

hm...i never turn off my monitor, after turn of pc monitor also go off...see light change on monitor
