See title.

I just put it together today and connected everything properly. Granted I taped the hdd to the case with duct tape but that's irrelevant.

I've tried booting with only CPU and HSF plugged in, with and without RAM and HDD/SSD and I'm at a loss for what to do to get a post.

And yes, I've read the sticky and tried everything in it. I don't have the graphics card installed yet.

To POST properly, you need the cpu, the cpu cooler ,motherboard and ram installed. Try that first.
Make sure you have plug in the 8 pin ATX slot and the 24pin on your motherboard from your power supply.

RAM was not installed properly, pushed harder on it, was able to get into BIOS. Thank you for the assistance.
