Just built a computer, and neither my graphics card nor my motherboard will send a signal to my TV HELP PLEASE!

I just built a new computer, I double checked everything, but when I turn it on everything turns on fine even the graphics card, but it won’t send signal over. I havnt even been able to get into bios because neither the mobo nor the graphics card will send any type of image over. The graphics card worked fine on my old rig, I transferred it over to my new one.

Specs:
Mobo: msi x370 sli plus.
Cpu: ryzen 7 x1800
Cooler: kraken x62 280mm
Case: s340 elite
Gpu: amd Radeon R9 x300
Psu: evga 750w
Ram: hyperX 4gb ddr4 (x2)

Are you sure that your computer is compatible with your TV? It could just be that you need to play on a monitor not the tv
