Just built a new system. Drivers not working.

Hi guys,
I just built a lovely i5 6500/Gtx 1070 rig. I installed Windows 10 Pro onto it. Now none of the nvidia drivers will install. It says there is an issue with the OS. The OS is legit and not pirated. It is build 10240. Any fixes?

update windows 10 to the latest, then install nvidia driver.
