Alright so i just built my first gaming pc, and after i press a button to turn on, LED fans turn on for a second and then nothing would hppen the second time i try to turn it on until i unplug the psu cable. So i checked everything for a least 10 times...cpu heasink and fan, 20+4 is connected, 4 pin cpu, 6+8 pin pcie for gpu, sata cable, usb etc... The rig is:

XFX R9 280 3gb
CX 600
8 GB corsair vengeance
1tb seagate sshd
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
I don't know if this could be a problem but i screwed the wrong screw on the left corner on the mobo, i dont think there's anything else to say..
