Just built my first PC msi motherboard and windows 7, I can't use any scroll wheel and it won't recognize USB drives at all

Need drivers for Universal Serial Bus Controller, and PCI Simple Communications controller, the disk that came with the motherboard is no help and the motherboard manufacturers website doesn't seem to have them, where else can I find drivers for these things?

Have you tried going into device manager and updating the drivers manually? You can also remove the drivers, then upon restart it will install them again.

Yes, when I try to download them automatically from device manager it says none could be found,
I just tried deleting them and doing a full shut down, it took a really long time and when I booted back up there was no change

I wouldn't know what that is, but it's possible it doesn't support legacy OS - Windows 7.
