I just built a brand new PC and when i first plugged it in everything powered on and it displayed a screen saying to enter a boot device and i entered a usb with windows on it but nothing happened so i turned it off and back on again because i thought i had to hold delete during power up to get to the bios. Once it booted up again it only displays a black screen. It wakes up my monitor so there is some sort of source to it. All Fans are running including gpu. i emailed ASrock customer service but i assume they wont be of much help.
