Just built this PC, but i'm stuck on a screen saying "Reboot and Select proper Boot device"

I'm using a
ASRock AB350 Pro 4
Seasonic G-Series 550w
WD Blue PC SSD

I built the PC, its on and running but as the title said its stuck on that i tried removing and reputing and moving the SSD. I don't want to completely remove the motherboard since i dont think thats the problem but idk what to do.

Help. Please.

And what item do you have your OS install media on?
DVD, USB?

OP

1. I assume your using a regular 2.5" SSD make sure the power cable is properly seated on it.

2. Do you have your Operating System on the SSD or on a USB Flash Stick? I mean this is a new build so you should plug it in and boot that OS then Windows installation.
