Just cable managed my system and now it won't output anything to monitor

Hello,
I just built my second ever gaming PC and when I tested it it booted fine but after I cable managed it it now refuses I to boot and won't output anything to the monitor.
I have already tried clearing the CMOS and reseating the GPU and ram.
My specs are -
GTX 1050 ti
Ryzen 7 2700x
Evga 420 80plus
Gigabyte b450 auorus m
8gb ddr4
Wd blue 250gb m.2 ssd
Wd blue 1tb hard drive

Start again remove everything but the CPU/Cooler.
