Question Just Cause 2 crash

My pc specs are 4gb ram, intel hd 4000 and intel core i3. When i run just cause 2 then it loads new game, then at first cut scene after a minute its freezes and after closing game it shows fatal error code 6. please help me to fix the problem, i tries reinstall directx, all drivers, using compatibility mod, etc, i am on win 10. Please help me.

i bought the game from amazon for 890 rupees.

please help me to fix the crash, i even tried /failsafe, /dxadapter=0 but it didn't work.

check cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/hdd/sdd usage during the game?

i tried it, everything is fine, yesterday, i upgraded my pc to 8gb ram but still the problem is there., I have 1tb ssd
