Just cause 3 stuttering alot

Hey guys just cause 3 stuttee alot here i just start the game and the game work very well with 45 fps on ultra , i have 6 gb ram actually , and just cause 3 minimum 8 gb ram , ok so its a big deal with 6 gb ram? Like its stuttering as hell , is it my cpu ?

Ram : 6 gb
Gpu.: Gtx 1050 ti oc edition

Your problem is lack of RAM. Just Cause 3 has memory leaking issues and even 8GB isn't necessarily enough for smooth performance, it's recommended you have 16GB. Your CPU is also fairly long in the tooth, it's essentially an i7 860 from 2009 with some server features enabled. That might not be helping, but lack of RAM is probably your biggest problem right now.
