just cause 3 texture glitch fix??

I got just cause 3 today, runs like shit. Does anyone know how to fix the texture glitch and the fps drops without installing these new beta drivers. Btw i am on the latest public drivers.

The only way to fix the textures is to install the AMD beta drivers.
