Just cause 3 with gtx 970?

I would like to play Just Cause 3 can I play it with these specs:
GPU: MSI GTX970 GAMING 4G
CPU: AMD FX 6300
PowerSupply: 500W
RAM: 8GB
Is it possible or do I need to upgrade something and what?

Honestly, I think it's the game more than the spec that's going to be the problem, at least until they can get it patched properly. The main problem seems to be a memory leak, but there are also problems with crashes with AMD and even some Nvidia GPUs, including the 970.

I would really recommend waiting until this game is patched before considering getting it, and even then I would keep an eye on the feedback, because patches don't always help so much. Just look at the feedback on the last AC Syndicate patch, lots of complaints.
