Evening intelligent people!

I've just purchased a new case and motherboard due to issues with the old MB, and I've installed everything today. Thing is, now things are worse than they were before...

In the new case, on the new board, the computer will power up for 1 second before powering down.

I've tried a different PSU, but still no joy.
The PC is showing idle lights on the motherboard and GPU.
I've tried unplugging an RGB connector for lights on the new fans, also no dice.
I've unplugged the SSDs and HDDs, and aso the GPU with no luck.
There are no loose screws, and as far as I'm aware everything is plugged in right, though I'm yet to unplug literally everything and obviously I could have missed something.

Any ideas?

Solution
Sorry, everything hardware wise. Computer won't even get to that point to do anything software wise.
I would reseat the memory.
If it still does it...I would try each stick in each slot one by one.

Have you tried both power supplies with just the keyboard, mouse, display and one SSD connected?
If so...and it does the same thing both times...
I would disconnect things one by one and try it.
If it still does the same thing every time.
I would inspect all the motherboard standoffs.
I would make sure that you installed the standoffs, and that if the standoffs were already installed you removed ANY that didn't line up directly with the mounting holes in the motherboard. A misplaced or unnecessary standoff under the motherboard is one of the first things to look for when changing to a new case creates a problem.

Using both of these resources below, there are few if any build related problems you shouldn't be able to sort out or narrow down.

" and I've installed everything today."

Did you do a clean Windows install from scratch?
