Yeah it will all work. These would be my suggestions:

1. If you're not overclocking you could drop the CPU to the i5-3470 and motherboard to H77 and save money there.

2. Avoid that power supply. Get a good one - cheap power supplies are not worth it. Get the Corsair CX600 instead.
