Just checking compatibility as I'm a first time builder

First time builder and I'm checking the compatibility of the parts I'm looking at before I order. xfx ati radeon hd6950 (hd695xcdfc), msi z68a gd55 g3 atx mobo, and i5 2500k. Looking to make a mid-range gaming rig. Again, I'm a first-time builder, so, if I'm way off, I won't take offense for pointing out the noobery. Thanks.

That is all good, they should work with no problems. and what do you mean mid range, this setup will max all games on 1080p

make sure you get the 2GB version of the 6950. its better
