If i get a budget/value PSU, do all GPU's (7770-7790-7850/650 Ti Boost - 660)
do they come with a Molex to 6-Pin in the package?

Solution

There aren't really any BAD ones. It all depends on what you want, AMD Radeon or nVidia GeForce. Here are some of the better makers:

Gigabyte - Both
MSI - Both
ASUS - Both
Sapphire - AMD Radeon
EVGA - nVidia GeForce
XFX - AMD Radeon
Galaxy - nVidia GeForce
HIS - AMD Radeon
Sparkle - nVidia GeForce
Powercolor - AMD Radeon
Zotac - nVidia GeForce
VisionTek - AMD Radeon

Generally, anything made by any of the above should be fine.

Depends, are you looking for an AMD card or nVidia card. AMD partners that I have heard are really good are asus and sapphire, nVidia I really enjoy EVGA due to their stellar customer support, ASUS is really good, and then depending where you are there are other manufactures.

No bother :D Looking at diferent 7790's,since 650 Ti is more expansive than it.

And compared to both, 7770 is below both.
