Just Curious: What's the BEST Water Cooling Setup?

I do NOT have the money NOR do I plan to build a high end PC right now, but I was just wondering if and when I do what would probably be the top of the line setup?

None of the above. I'd go with a custom setup using DD, Swiftech, Tygon, and Thermochill

Lots of Tygon 1/2 ID tubing
Storm Rev 2 cpu block
maze4 low profile gpu block
thermochill pa 120.2 rad
some yate loons
There you go, it's quiet, and very near the top in power.
