just downloaded more watts for my monitor need help

So i downloaded some more watts for my monitor about a week ago because my monitor was super dark. like i couldn't even se shit during the day.

Now that i got more power watts for my monitor its SUPER bright and i idk how to lower the wattage

anyone know how to lower the power watt of the monitor

You can't "download" more watts.. What exactly is it that you did to make your monitor brighter?
