Just Finished Building My New Setup. Now what?

(My motherboard is an ASUS A68HM-K, if that's at all important). I had never used this computer before, I just built it. I am currently on the screen that (apparently) first pops up when you switch on the computer. Now what do I do? I've never built a computer before, this is my first time. I don't know what to do on the screen that shows up, so I'm confused on what to push. I don't want to mess anything up. I've everything else properly installed. (If you're still lost as to what I'm talking about, it's the screen that shows your CPU voltage, your RAM status, CPU Fan, EZ System Tuning, All that jazz. IN the bottom right, there's "Default","Save & Exit(F10)", and "Advanced Mode".)

Do you need to OC or anything? If not, I think it's fine to press F10.
