Just finished my build, and I'm completely stumped on this issue. Can someone please help?

So I just finished this build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/r6HPZL

Installed Win 7 Ultimate 64bit, and when I went to plug in my USB drive, it wouldn't detect it. It would light up but it wouldn't start automatically installing the driver. So I tried a few other USB ports and it gave me the same result.

Then I went to plug my Ethernet cable in, and I get nothing, even after installing the driver for it.

So now I just a have a PC sitting on my desk, no internet and not much I can do with it. My mouse and keyboard work but my USB drives (I tried a second one, same thing happened) and ethernet don't work. They work on my other PC's. Can anyone help me figure this out? I'm kind of desperate right now.

Thanks

But that doesn't make sense. What if I didn't have a DVD drive to put it in?

if you used usb stick to install windows if the stick has extra room from another pc unzip and or copy the ethernet and chipset drivers to the usb stick you used. when you install windows again use f6 advance driver install and install chipset and ethernet drivers. if not from another pc use the windows media creation tool and download windows 10 if your going to use the free upgrade. make windows 10 usb stick and use your windows 7 code to activate windows 10. windows 10 iso will have newer drivers. another trick is plug the hard drive into another pc then copy the drivers to the hard drive then plug the drive back in. just dont boot from the new drive.

Ok, I just put the mobo CD in (thank god I bought a DVD drive, lol) and installed some software. Ethernet and USB drives are working now, but for some reason the internet is really slow. Like EXTREMELY and unexpectedly slow. Pages on IE take minutes to load. I tried both ethernet and a USB wifi adapter and same thing happens. What do now?
