Just finished painting my gpu and watercooler, now my pc shuts off after i turn it on. whats the problem?

I have just finished painting she shell of my gpu and the waterblock on my watercooler with heat resistant paint. i also finished installing a new psu on my pc, since everytime i used to press the power button nothing would happen. now, all the leds turn on, it even goes to the bios for a second but after that it shuts down. any solutions?

I would guess that the power supply is detecting a system fault and shutting down. Look for anything that is grounding the motherboard to the case (like a loose screw).

Another possibility is that the new power supply is defective.
