Hello, There are two types of cards (Just an Example ) let me know which one is faster

1.DDR3 with 15GB bandwidth and 8/16 ROPs and TMUS
2.DDR2 with 19GB bandwidth and 8/20 ROPs and TMUs

This is only example let me know which one will faster

GPUs? Higher memory bandwidth is good. ROP/TMU doesn't matter so much because the core speed affects it. Look at GTexels/sec. Then look at actual benchmarks.

In your hypothetical situation I guess. But I've never seen a DDR2 card with a higher bandwidth. Also it is rare enough to see one with DDR3 most use GDDR5

No way to tell.
There is more to performance than such specs.
Engineers select specs to get a desired price/performance target.
The proof is in the benchmarks.

If you wanted one spec to determine which is a better performer, it would be.........

2. GT 8600 DDR2 1024MB 820 Mhz memory clock

GT 8600 DDR2 12.8 GB bandwidth (512MB)
GT 610 DDR3 10.7GB bandwidth (2048MB)

You are looking at old gen cards which are abysmally slow by today's standards.
They are suitable for desktop work and not much else.
Today's integrated graphics are faster.
