Just got 2 new SSDs, should I use them in raid or separately?

I just received 2 new Intel 320 series 120 GB SSDs yesterday (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820167052&cm_re=intel_ssd-_-20-167-052-_-Product).

I use my computer only for gaming, specifically playing games that load maps often. I want the games and maps to load as quickly as possible. To achieve this goal should I set the two SSDs to a raid configuration or use one of them for a windows drive and install the games on the other drive? Which would result in the fastest load times for my games?

Thanks in advance!

Do the RAID thing to double up speed. I switch my BF4 install from an HDD to an SSD because my brother was in the game and getting points a full 2 minutes before mine loaded in. Once I switched to SSD it changed from about 2min30seconds load time per map to about 40 seconds. I guess with RAID SSD then you can expect load times of less then 25 seconds!
