Just got a new case, is my airflow right?

I have the Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus with 2 Cool Master fans and I just got the Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus - Mid Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 and Windowed Side Panel.

Here is how I plan on setting it is:

Do I have the airflow setup correctly or is there a better way?

test it and try it, only changes I would consider would be removing or reducing the speed of the top fans so that you have positive pressure. might encourage better flow through the cooler,

Looks great.
But don't bother with the two fast exhausting vertically at the top unless you know that you have a problem (measure your temps before you spend the money on more fans)
