Just got a new graphics card and power supply, no signal to anything

Just installed them today, I know the graphics card is getting power, but nothing outside gets a signal. The keyboard and mouse are both off, and the two monitors I have plugged in get no signal. Any idea what to do?

What size is the Powersupply, might not be getting enough power.

Also what video card is it? Do you have all the power cables plugged into the video card if needed?
