Just got a new PC and having FPS problems with WoW

Hello everyone this weekend i just got a brand new pc, i2500k, asus z68 mb, asus gtx 560ti, 16gb cl7 rams with 1080p ultra settings and i get while standing 60fps but when i more my char it drops to 5-10fps and i hardly do raids and instances, can anyone help me please?

of course fps will drop a little when new details are shown in the screen, guess this is normal. 5 fps drop is fine... if more than 10fps drop, then some tweaking is required.

actually my fps is around 5-10 in combats or when i more it does not drop 5-10. it drops to 5-10
