i just got the digital storm bolt 3 ultimate edition, and i dont know much about computers except for the fact that this computer has very good parts. Sadly, when i attempt to play certain games (GTA V, Division, Overwatch). my screen changes to this: http://imgur.com/gallery/HXiVbGN/new . Audio works fine for 5 minutes, then it goes to static, then the monitors shut off, but the computer is still running. I hold the power button turn it back on, and it works fine on other, less demanding games like csgo and league of legends. Any of you able to help me? Heres a link to my computer specs. https://www.digitalstorm.com/configurator.asp?id=1288540

yes, i selected it to be overclocked as safe as possible on the site.

you mean undo the overclock, im unsure how to

also, this thing took a month to ship, and i realy dont want to have to wait that long again

Download Msi afterburner, when you run it, it will say "core clock" and "memory clock" if either have a + value over 0 put the value to 0 and click apply.

I'm adamant it's artifacting, I get purple squares if I overclock too far, when this happens does it say your drivers have crashed?

one time, instead of just going black, it popped up with a blue screen of death that said my driver crashed

ok, where do i download the program? im just gonna google msi afterburner 😛

Holy crap hell yes, especially with a 980ti, turn it down to +100 and the memory to about +200, then click apply and see what happens.

That plus 200 is probably putting the oc to over 1500mhz and although it is possible with a 980ti, it's not not common that they do, not like the 970s

How much did you pay for this thing?
