[SOLVED] Just got an rtx 2070 from Gigabyte and the fans won't turn on after a few days of them working fine. What should I do?

Normally they turn off when idle but recently they won't turn on at all, even under load. Any ideas? I have set the fans speed to 100% in EVGA precision, as Gigabyte's own software is complete garbage, and the software allows me to do that but still says fan RPM is 0. What do?

Then the only thing I'd do is check to make sure the fan cable is plugged into the header on the GPU (at the end of the card, on the PCIe edge typically). Otherwise yeah, RMA

Welcome to the forums my friend!

If it is a new GPU, don't worry about fiddling with it. Send it back and get a warranty replacement/repair.
Trying to fiddle with anything will just void warranties. The seller is responsible if it is a new GPU and changing the fan curve directly does nothing.
