The question is what to do with it I should open it? Or sell it or keep it and sell it later I try to type this in but my pc suck

It's much better then your current 1500X however you'd have to get a new motherboard as well (preferably Z370) to use it or if you need the money you could probably sell if for a decent price and use the money to ugrade your GPU.
