I just purchased my second monitor and now when I start a game, both monitors shut off/device not detected (PC is still on) when starting any game. I have to completely shut down to get up and running again. What I find the most odd is that this didn't start until the second day of the new monitor. The first day with it I played Black Ops Cold War on my main display with near max settings with Twitch up on my second screen - didn't have any issue and I played for 8+ hours. The next morning the issues started. Also, I've since been able to get them to work for hours on end - only for the issue to happen again. This only happens when just starting games, while I'm still in the menus. Even something as un-intensive as Valheim made the screens crash. However, once a game is up and running there seemingly no issues. Any help would be much appreciated!

Im pretty much just going to point my finger at that PSU. If i googled that right it has a single 12v rail with 2x 6+2 plugs which is only 25 amps, while they claim 60A on the 12v rail.

That power supply falls under the C tier on this list and is only recommend for low end systems. A i9-10850K and RTX 3080 would not fall under the low end system. I would recommend upgrading to a 1000w for RTX 3080's

Even the Corsair AX 850w titanium has issues with 6900xt, 3080/ti, and 3090. as far as to say Seasonic PRIME based units experience shutdowns with RTX3080/3090 (and possibly RX6900 XT) GPUs, especially ones with unlocked power limit like FE and ASUS Strix. It is recommended, if going with such units, to overprovision...

It is recommended, if going with such units, to overprovision wattage, 1kW for RTX3080 and 1.2kW for RTX3090, or power-limit the GPU.

And that coming from a tier A PSU.
