Just how good is this build for heavy PC games? (Watch dogs, BF4 etc...)

Hey guys this is one of my first posts on these forums and I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I'm here to ask anyone experienced with builds in PC gaming about the following setup I'm planning on getting next month:

3rd gen Intel core i7 quad core 3.4 GHz
8GB RAM
nVidia GTX 760 4GB VRAM

Can I max the above mentioned games at 35-40+ fps? including maybe Crysis 3 and Metro Last Light.

Edit: In case you haven't noticed, I'm also on a budget.

A 760 will have a very hard time trying to max out those games, you would be better off with a 770 or r9 280X instead if you can afford it

I would imagine that dual R9 295X's would manage it and so would a triple SLI of titan blacks
