Just installed a GA-990FX UD3 motherboard and it won't turn on?

I plugged everything in and when I plug in the power and start it nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I did everything on that list and still nothing.

do you hear any beeps from your motherboard speaker? If you don't then check your power supply, i hope it isn't blown up anything inside it.

Hmm. Turned out the graphics card was placed in the wrong PCIE slot. Put it in the x16 instead of the x4.
