ArtPog :
1. First of all there is NO need to format your destination drive, i.e., the recipient of the clone, prior to undertaking the disk-cloning operation. There's no harm in doing so but it is unnecessary.
2. Since your 480 GB destination drive contains sufficient disk-space to receive the 200 GB of data remaining on your "source" drive (apparently a 1 TB drive?) there would seem to be no impediment re available disk-space to carry out a successful d-c operation. (We're assuming, of course, that your source drive boots & functions problem-free in the current system, right?)
3. So what went awry with the d-c operation is impossible to determine at this point. Perhaps in formatting the intended SSD destination drive you multi-partitioned it in such a way as to cause of the problem you encountered with the d-c program you used although that ordinarily would not cause the problem you encountered.
4. Or you simply misused the program - not an uncommon event. The EaseUS Todo program you used is a decent program. While it's not our usual d-c program we've found it reliable. So you may want to give it another try. The Macrium Reflect program recommended by mcnumpty is also a reliable product should you want to give that program a go.
1. Ok then, but it's already done so it doesn't matter.
2. My current 1TB HDD boots up and functions no problem. Now I've also reduced the used space to merely 80GB. I've tried out Macrium Reflect as well (suggested by a commenter) but I still get the same error "insufficient disk space" (I'm assuming it's talking about the destination drive), but that is obviously just nonsense.

3. I'm not all that good with tech-talk so I don't understand most of what you are saying here.
4. Pretty sure I haven't. Looked up multiple guides concerning EaseUS and they all say to do this and to that. Also check the "SSD Optimization box" and whatever. Tried different settings too but it just doesn't want to work.
I've seen some talk about "reducing the size of my HDD so when I clone it; the files in my HDD will fit in the SSD"? No idea what this means but is it a possible fix to my problem.
Thanks for trying to help anyways (this goes to all the comments), but I still don't know what the problem is and haven't found any help online. Any suggestions as to what I might do now? I have a LAN coming up very soon so I'd wish for this to be done by then.
UPDATE: Just noticed on the Gyazo link I sent that my current SSD has 87.76GB of space already used? (coincidentally the same amount as my HDD). Although when I check my File Explorer, nothing of the 450GB of available space is being used. Any thoughts?
