I would get 8gb ram if you are purely gaming, however if you are going to be recording/streaming/editing then i would get 16gb. Speed isn't as huge a deal but as woltej said i wouldn't go under 1600mhz. If you plan on overclocking, I would go with the 8320 and just overclock it to the same speeds as an 8350, and save yourself a bit of money, however you could overclock an 8350 past that so if you really want faster speeds than get that. Also, the 8350 looks like a promising cpu to last as amd recently won the console wars, so developers might start utilizing more cores.
