Just Installed New motherboard cpu and ram and now every time I open anything my disk goes to 99% and just sits there

Please help here I have no idea what to do just did clean install on all drivers and updated everything that I could yet still every time I open any app even task manager it just goes up to 99% then hovers around 90 constantly as well my cpu is going to 80-90% just playing games like gta 5 or far cry 4

Run CHKDSK on your HDDs and take a look in Windows event viewer.
